Adult's Classes, Schedule and Fees

Take a Free Introductory Class:

The best way to start is to take a free class. All our classes are open to new students. New students are encouraged to train two to three times a week to build skills and consistency.

People of all ages and abilities enjoy the practice of Aikido. The approach at Emerald Ctiy Aikido is both gradual and individual. Beginners progress at their own pace while being introduced to Aikido philosophy and movements. Experienced students and instructors will mentor you through your beginning training days. Beginners are a valued resource and through the initiation of new students into the art the practice of all deepens.

Emerald City Aikido for Adults

Classes include the opportunity for all students to train at their level. Students may advance in rank by testing. Kyu or rank tests are held 3 to 4 times a year. Tests are more than a way to structure training. They represent a celebration of community.

Uniforms are available for sale at the school. They are not required to begin. Students who do not have a uniform may wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing.
